Synopsis

A young boy named James Cooper is about to go to a foster home but he is angry and escapes.  The only family he ever had was murdered by a gang called the Psycho Crew.  When James get back to the streets of New York City he sees all the gang that destroyed his life going on a unseal and oblivious to the pain they caused him  James decides to retaliate following the gangs and setting up mines and bombs where he knows they will be.  This causes the gangs to go at war with each other believing that the other gang is responsible for the bombs.  This gets the attention of the drug lord Rage from Gotham City.  He is sent to reunite the gangs so the drug trafficking continues.     Batman follows rage to New York and has a run in with the Huntress.  As usual for heroes who meet for the first time they don't agree with each other.  Will they resolve this before it's too late?
